Goospin Account Verification (KYC)
Goospin runs KYC checks to confirm who you are, where you live, and that the payment method belongs to you.
Verification is requested when you first try to withdraw, when your deposits or withdrawals hit internal review thresholds, after changes to your personal details, when a new device or location triggers a security check, or when the casino needs to meet anti-money laundering rules.
Goospin asks you to upload clear colour photos or scans through your account area, and it rejects cropped, blurry, edited, or black-and-white images.
- Identity (ID/Passport): A passport photo page or a government-issued photo ID (front and back for cards). The name, date of birth, document number, issue/expiry dates, and photo must be readable and match your Goospin profile details.
- Address proof: A document dated within the last 90 days showing your full name and residential address, such as a utility bill (electricity, gas, water), a bank statement, or a government letter. PO boxes are not accepted as a residential address.
- Payment method: For bank cards, a photo of the card showing your name and the last 4 digits, with the middle digits covered; the CVV must be covered. For e-wallets, Goospin requests a screenshot of the account page showing your name and the wallet email/ID, plus a visible transaction that matches a casino deposit when asked.
Once you submit all requested files, Goospin reviews them in 24–72 hours; complex cases or mismatched details extend the check to 5 business days.
If a document fails, Goospin asks for a new upload and the review time restarts from the moment the corrected files are submitted.
Right now, KYC at Goospin is a withdrawal-gated check with three standard parts: ID, address proof, and payment ownership, with most accounts cleared within 1–3 days after complete submission.
